Get ready for the next dance, because Tango2 at Concord Park Place is set to dominate the dance floor.

After the phenomenal success of Tango, Concord Adex is launching this exciting new project at its unique Concord Park Place community at Sheppard Avenue East and Leslie Street.

“Tango was a smash with buyers. Demand was incredibly high,” says Brian Fong, senior manager of project marketing at Concord Adex. “Obviously the design, the finishes and the incredible lifestyle afforded by Tango spoke to people. Now we are incredibly excited to recapture that magic with Tango2.”

As with Tango, Tango2 is inspired by the fiery dance for which it was named. In the dance of the tango, two distinctive characters meet in harmony. So it is with Tango2. With materials and colour, the building will bring together light and dark, hard and soft, complexity and simplicity into a harmonious and dynamic project. Tango2 is designed for men and women with style who want to see that taste infused throughout their home.

Soaring 20 storeys, Tango2 will feature duo-tone colour glass and steel, making it a modern tower with a classic expression at the base and reinforcing the theme of duo-harmony that will run throughout the project.

Residents will be thrilled with the dazzling rooftop terrace located on the eighth floor that will include multiple areas for lounging, dining or just relaxing. For those who like to dine al fresco, the terrace will connect to an indoor dining room and lounge with a kitchen that can be booked for private functions.

The fitness club is located in the glass pavilion, across from the modern lobby, complete with 24-hour concierge.

Suites in Tango2 boast high quality kitchens featuring thermofoil cabinets, granite countertops and back-painted glass backsplashes.

Tango2 will also feature a unique upgrade option for all kitchens, where sliding glass panels can transform the spacious, open concept kitchen to an enclosed one, all while still retaining the visual connection to the other rooms.

Most suites will also have in-suite lockers available, a convenient option for busy lifestyles, and ample bicycle parking will be available.

Suites start at $265,000 and range in size from 542 to 995 square feet.

All of this is situated in a dynamic community that will offer a perfect mix of homes, shopping, dining, recreation and parklands.

And the location of Tango2 is second to none. You’ll love being home but, if you have somewhere to be, it’s always easy to get there from Concord Park Place, which is just a short walk from two subway stations, a GO station, a TTC bus station and highways 401 and 404. As if all that weren’t enough to help you get where you’re going fast, a shuttle bus is available to pick residents up at their doorstep and take them to the Sheppard subway line during rush hour. The shuttle also travels to Bayview Village and Fairview Mall during off-peak hours.
