New application into the AIC for this south-east corner of Markham Road and Ellesmere.

This is the missing corner adjacent to the 1125 Markham Road application for which we already have a thread.

edit to add: I really like simple, clean "filler" building design like this. If I had to quibble, I'd make the brick a warmer shade. But quite palatable in my view.
