    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

I don't know who you are or the others that are supporting your arguements. You could be right. Or not. You've made your point. If you think you are right then call the authorities. Constant ranting here is pointless and frankly annoying.

How exactly do you know he is breaking the law? Do you actually know they aren't allowed to be working or are you making up stuff based on a few photos you see here? If you are correct then call the police. Otherwise stop the constant ranting.

    Toronto Toronto | Panda Condominiums | 107.59m | 30s | Lifetime | Turner Fleischer

Considering the prime location I'm a little scared if Whitehaus is anything to go by.

    Toronto Toronto | Form Condos | 50.59m | 14s | Tridel | a—A

    coulda been a contender

    Toronto Toronto | Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts | 156.05m | 45s | Daniels | RAW Design

If there's a silver lining it's the fact that the Daniels office is moving down here very soon and they'll have to look at it full time.

    Toronto Toronto | CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

    Skyscraper porn at its best!

    Toronto Toronto | Minto Westside | 68.88m | 20s | Minto Group | Wallman Architects

I wish Tridel would have done more projects like Reve (to the right of Westside). One of their more interesting projects. Wallman should have used its design as a basis for 10 York.

So are we now judging transit systems using the Rob Ford Method? If it isn't subway it doesn't count as transit?

    Toronto Toronto | Berczy Park Revitalization | ?m | ?s

Wasn't there a children's area planned? What happened to it?

    Vancouver | The Arc | 88m | 29s | Concord Pacific | Francl Architecture

The ramp and the developer do make it seem similar.

    Toronto Toronto | Auberge On The Park | 148.9m | 45s | Tridel | Graziani + Corazza

Humber Bay By The Don Valley. Why couldn't they take the Alexandra Park designs and use them here? Much more sympathetic to the original Don Mills style.

    Toronto Toronto | YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

And the race is on. 365 Church or YC? Not looking too promising.

    Toronto Toronto | Mirvish Village (Honest Ed's Redevelopment) | 85.04m | 26s | Westbank | Henriquez Partners

I'd walk away from rentals if I were a developer. What if a future government imposes a policy of no rent increases in order to get elected? It adds politics to the list of uncertainties that you need to deal with when deciding to invest. Much better to go the condo route, take your money and...

    Toronto Toronto | West Condos | 46.51m | 14s | Aspen Ridge | Core Architects

Is there a thread for this already? West by Aspen Ridge. Looks to be Niagara and Tecumseth. 14 and 12 storeys. http://www.aspenridgehomes.com/new-condos/toronto/west-89
  16. CityPlaceN1

    Toronto Toronto | The Selby | 165.5m | 50s | Tricon | bKL Architecture

I like it though I expected more of a CBC red for some reason.

Wondering about the blank walls on the southeast corner. Surely nothing is going to be built there someday in the future is it? If not why no windows?

    Vancouver | The Exchange | 114.29m | 31s | SwissReal Management | Harry Gugger

Well integrated into the heritage building.
