Once again, I like how the podium tries to reproduce the old built form of 104 Street. Although I am not a fan of the black windows... Do you know if the podium section will be all retail and/or offices or condos?

@Froggy Yeah this one is actually pretty good as far as getting the "complimentary" without the "faux-historical" look, though I agree about the black glass.

Retail on the ground level, offices above, condos in the tower.
