Thanks for the update, @PaPa Riddlz ! We have updated the database with the latest info available about the project as well as new renderings such as this:

The tower will apparently consist of 680 luxury residences and 388 six-star hotel rooms, scheduled for delivery in lat 2019 or early 2020.

The updated planning application with this design is set to be lodged with the Victorian Planning Minister within a month, the details will be clearer after that.
