Adjacent to BC Place, on it's south side, will be Vancouver's downtown casino (relocating the Edgewater's 600 slot machines and 75 table games). Planning doc here.

Two hotel towers as part of the site, at 25 and 15 floors, with 466 hotel rooms (one of which will be a signature hotel, The Douglas), 60k sq ft of conference and convention space, five restaurants, a gym, a spa, 5 levels of underground parking, and 5k sq ft of retail space.

Was wondering the same about the bronze glass, @Marcanadian . Hopefully it won't look like a 1970s Vegas building, although it is nice to see glass that's not blue like everything around.
 
Exciting to see this one go up, although it will totally hide the stadium from certain angles.
