I have a Lot of Ties as Such to 11/2 S.W. as CIBC Data Centre was on that Corner for years when i worked the areas as a Courier. Wanted to Visit the Sales Office and See for Myself how the Site will look in future years.
20 Flrs? Sounds about right for now. Will find out later once they start Construction of that Bldg. Enjoy!

As a previous customer of Qualex, I can testify that their buildings have indeed had some major issues for years now. They are a premium package, but I'm afraid their buildings aren't built with the integrity they should be. Stella, Luna, Calla and Mark on 10th have all had fairly major defects, including legal action against the developer. Find a board member of any of those buildings and ask them their views....

I'll join you in that motion. It isn't quiet as grand as I had it in my mind's eye, but it sure isn't killing me. At worst it's got me turning my attention more to the Royal more fully now for the best upcoming residential project.

I'm down with Park Point. It's about what I expected, which is good, because Mark didn't turn out as well as I had thought it would.
