Six buildings, 303 units, with the tallest tower being 17 floors. The Development Permit has been approved, and they have applied for a building permit.

I'm looking forward to seeing the various waterfront projects complete! I bet this will be a great place to live in.

It's in a great area, and if they ever redevelop the Eau Claire as planned it could be really good.

I think this is being advertised as the "last phase", because I don't think they expected sales to do so well that the last two buildings (where the sales centre stood) could go ahead with the rest of Parkside. All 6 buildings are under construction now though.

I really like this one, Calgary's been utilizing it's waterfront a lot better lately. Still waiting on one of the mega eau-claire projects to get going, Chinatown could use more density as well. It's unfortunate the recession has pushed back some of the developments in the area such as Great Gulf's proposals, but East Village's waterfront will be amazing when built out.
