It's gonna be exciting watching this one go up.

I was just saying last night to my husband that I can't wait until all these excellent projects are done. I want to get some really nice high quality photos of them and have them printed on canvases for my house. Buildings such as Telus Sky, NMC, NCL, and possibly even 707 will definitely be on the list. As well as The Bow. They'll be interesting talking points when we have guests, as a lot of our friends are suburbanites who don't really know anything about the fantastic projects we've got underway downtown. So they may even encourage people to go check it out

Definitely, I'm still not entirely sold on the matte black (zinc?) spandrel.

Me neither, but I won't know for sure until I see more of it. I would have preferred the original white.

In this shot, you can see how reflective the glass is under certain light, and how transparent it is under another light. Black spandrel aside, the glass will make for some interesting looks.

Looks good. You can see the steel tabs for the later addition of the cantilever sections.
