Telus owns part of the project. They are not just a naming-rights leaseholder.

I agree. The cladding looks better and better as more is added.

The cladding looks a bit overpowering in the closeup shots but really nice from farther away. I think once it rises a bit and more glass goes in, the reflections from the sky will look awesome, just like other buildings in the city that seemingly change colour based on the time of day. Super excited!

I would say the chance of that happening is equal to the chance of it happening to any tower being built anywhere.

There have been rumors of it being capped at the office portion. I haven't heard the rumor lately, but it was out there earlier when it was only at grade.
