Wow so that makes what, 5 on the go simultaneously? Cornerstone, Eau Claire, the one by the Calgary Tower, Barron, and this?
 
I’d like to say I’m excited for this one but I seem to recall the plan for this one is to cover the brick.
This may be a dumb question - but can they just not cover the brick in these redevelopments? I don’t really get why it would be cheaper to add a whole new outer layer of the building rather than just adapt what you have.

I believe you are correct, which is a shame. However, based on the renderings it looks OK and ought to be a much better outcome than Cornerstone, as long as they don't use siding.
 
Was there a delay in starting this conversion? The info I have from the provincial government's website had a build schedule planned from 2022-2024:
