Minor Variance requesting the following changes:
  • Storeys increased from 27 & 21 to 31 & 25-storeys (inclusive of amenity space in the mech level)
  • Heights increased from 101 & 83m to 114.27 & 92.1m
  • Total residential units increased from 548 to 618
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 252 to 248
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 595 to 665

The Variances have been approved by the CoA with conditions (cash contribution)

May 17: The only movement on this site since TwinHuey's photo on April 21 (above) has been the relocation of the two excavators to the bottom of the ramp. Otherwise, a dormant site - all locked up in the middle of the day, nobody round. The two pieces of equipment are still sitting there, as are all the construction trailers at ground level, just to the west of the excavation.

Permits appear to have been applied for, but not issued, with no updates since early 2023. (Permit application addresses are 2434 and 2440 Yonge Street.) Someone is paying for the equipment and trailers to have a good nap at this site.

No above-grade permits in place yet though.
