This is a proposal to infill a tower-in-the-park style apartment site, by building on a grassed space adjacent to an existing apartment tower.

This site is just to the south of 2801 Jane for which UT also has a thread.

I like it from a planning perspective, but lets please have a more cohesive design on the bottom 12 floors. The current iteration makes me motion sick just looking at it

I wouldn’t be surprised to see it become a fairly straightforward box as the planning and design process grinds on.
