Further details have emerged for the second phase of Canderel's Tour des Canadiens project in Montreal. The 37-storey condominium, designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects and Béïque, Legault, Thuot Architects, offers residents exclusive access to the National Hockey League's Montreal Canadiens.

The project will be located at Jean-d’Estrées and Saint-Antoine Street West within the largest master-planned community in downtown Montreal, Cadillac Fairview's $2 billion Quad Windsor district. The project's sales office is now under construction and set to open in November. At 9,000 square feet, the presentation centre will be three times the size of the predecessor office built for the first phase.

A 20-foot steel art piece designed by Eventscape, in collaboration with Montana Steele Strategic Marketing and HUMA Design, will illustrate the tower in the sales centre. Two model suites will also give potential buyers a look at the interiors by HUMA Design. The condominium will include 438 suites, with prices starting below $200,000.

The studio, one- and two-bedroom, and penthouse suites all include an appliance package that comes with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The appliances will be accented by the suite's colour palette featuring urban grey, golden oak and classic walnut.

Residents will be able to enjoy a collection of unique amenities, including a rooftop Skylounge affording aerial views of downtown Montreal. Residents can choose between an indoor pool and an outdoor pool located on the third floor. The poolside comes equipped with a bar, private cabanas, patio and fireplace. Many of the remaining amenities reflect the brand of the Montreal Canadiens. The games room features arena-style seating and the fitness area shares a resemblance to the hockey team's dressing room. A billiards table and wine bar round out the list of amenities offered.

Like the first phase of the development, Tour des Canadiens 2 gives buyers exclusive access to the Montreal Canadiens. Purchasers will be given priority to regular season game tickets and the chance to skate on the ice at the Bell Centre. Residents can also attend a pre-season game by sitting behind the Canadiens' bench or in a private box, tour the Habs' dressing room and receive an invitation to a private training session.

The glassy tower will include a four-storey atrium and connection via skybridge to the Bell Centre, Windsor Station and the city's subway network. Construction is expected to begin in 2017.
