Another 99 residential units are coming to Houston's hot highrise housing market. The team at Randall Davis Company are behind the 33-storey Arabella, designed by Powers Brown Architecture.
Located three blocks from The Galleria shopping mall and adjacent to River Oaks District, the luxury residential development at 4521 San Felipe Street will feature 14 penthouses with 12-foot ceilings and private swimming, and additional units below offering 10-foot ceiling heights. Floor plan names evoke New York City neighbourhoods, with Park Avenue, Rockefeller and Greenwich Village suites available for purchase.
Amenities include a resident lounge with caterer's kitchen, private wine cellar, outdoor bar, fitness centre, pool, garden, and two guest suites. Several of these amenities will be located atop the large podium structure. From there, the tower rises with indentations in the facade marking each balcony. Blue stripes ascend from the ground floor to the white-clad crown of the tower.
Now that the ground has been broken and site preparation is underway, the tower is scheduled for a 2017 opening.
