Influential Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, principal at The Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) is coming to Toronto. In partnership with developers Westbank and Allied REIT, and our sister site UrbanToronto.ca, we are now giving away a select few tickets to the February 23rd event titled "Yes Is More: In Conversation with Bjarke Ingels". 

In his brief career, Bjarke Ingels has transformed the face of modern architecture, and has cemented a position as one of the world's leading architects. At the helm of his firm BIG, Ingels has brought innovative designs to cities around the world, and will soon leave his mark on Toronto with his firm's first commissioned work there.

The event will discuss the theme question "How can architecture create communities?", and will feature a distinguished panel of guests, including Toronto International Film Festival Artistic Director Cameron Bailey, Ryerson University President Sheldon Levy, the University of Toronto Architecture Dean Richard M. Sommer, and Architext's Zahra Ebrahim, with Denise Donlon acting as moderator.
