Construction is progressing for a new condominium development on Montreal's René Lévesque Boulevard in the Shaughnessy Village area. Developer Devimco Immobilier's O'Nessy Condominiums began construction in early 2015, and the 15-storey, 131-unit condominium development has made considerable progress in the time since. New photos submitted by Forum contributor skahhigh highlight the growth of the MSDL-designed structure, which now stands just shy of its final height.

The most recent updates also show the ongoing installation of the building's exterior cladding, with punched windows now apparent up to the seventh floor. The windows are currently surrounded by green and yellow weatherproofing, which will eventually be sealed off by the final cladding materials.

The completed development will put its residents within easy walking distance of institutions like the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Concordia University, Dawson College, and LaSalle College, as well as multiple metro stations and ample retail. Construction of the development is slated for completion in 2017.
