The 373-unit apartment tower is ascending next to a Georgian Revival-style bank building that was built in 1920. Designed by Schmidt, Garden & Martin, the building was designated a Chicago landmark in 2008 and will be preserved as part of the development. Inside the tower, units feature nine-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows to maximize views. Seven penthouse suites will range in size from 1,179 to 3,250 square feet.

The building's hotel-like amenities are scattered throughout indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooftop will feature a sundeck equipped with an outdoor pool, private cabanas, and fireplaces. It will be complemented with a cyber cafe, party room with gaming centre, and a high-end fitness centre with the latest exercise equipment. An additional green roof on the fourth floor includes an expansive terrace, bocce ball courts, firepits, and grilling stations. Four-legged residents will be able to utilize a private dog run and grooming station.

As construction continues on 833 North Clark, the skeletal structure is receiving its first pieces of cladding. Beige precast panels are undergoing installation on the tower, which will also be characterized by large panes of glass. At ground level, granite cladding and storefront window bays add prestige to the project's commercial offerings. Residents should begin getting their keys in the first quarter of 2017. They'll enjoy the upscale boutiques, varied collection of restaurants, and architectural marvels that have come to make the Gold Coast neighbourhood a must-visit destination for trendy shoppers, consumers and sightseers.
