On May 10, Biscayne Beach celebrated a major construction milestone with a glamorous topping off ceremony. The highly anticipated 391-unit, 52-storey Miami beachfront condo development designed by WHLC Architecture for developers Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners has already sold approximately 99% of all available units. Hosted by general contractor Plaza Construction, the topping off ceremony was attended by the developers and architects responsible for the tower's construction, along with a crowd of press personnel and future residents.

Located in the rapidly revitalizing East Edgewater neighbourhood, of which Biscayne Beach has been a large part, the new development will place residents in the heart of the city along one of the most popular waterfronts in the United States. Biscayne Beach will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including six penthouse suites complete with private rooftop pools and gardens, and all residents will be welcome to enjoy a members-only Beach Club on the bay, outfitted with private cabanas, a zero-entry pool, and an exclusive restaurant.

With interiors done by celebrity designer Thom Filicia, known for his role on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, the well-appointed 'beach chic' designs will complement the condo's common area amenity spaces, Beach Club, and penthouses. Once complete, the overall effect will be that of a thoroughly modern sophisticated urban retreat, made all the more appealing by the warm summer breezes of the bay.
