The urban neighbourhood of Brickell in Miami has grown into a global hub for international business, shopping, culture, and the arts. It's where many of the city's newest condominiums are calling home, including Brickell Ten, a 22-storey project by Waterstone Capital and IBCorp Investments.
The contemporary development, by BC Architects, will host 155 Adriana Hoyos-designed residences. Open concept layouts, nine-foot ceiling heights, stainless steel appliances, and spacious terraces are available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom options.
As developers compete to offer residents the best amenities package, Brickell Ten contains a noteworthy set of unique spaces. The 'Lanai Level' indoor and outdoor social club will contain a 1,600-square-foot corner swimming pool overlooking the city. Landscaped gardens, a pool and billiards room, a kitchen-equipped club room, kids play area, and business centre are also freely accessible. Another dedicated amenities area is located at the rooftop level, where residents can find a fitness centre, an outdoor spa and bar, a large terrace, and a reflecting pool.
Construction crews have completed their skyward journey on the project, as they continue outfitting the exterior with cladding panels. The sawtooth-shaped ground floor is topped by podium levels, from which the balcony-laden tower rises. The development is expected to welcome occupants later this year.
