Sunny Isles Beach in South Florida is already a magnet for wealthy real estate investors from around the world, but now, the one-of-a-kind Porsche Design Tower has significantly raised the bar and set a new standard for luxurious living. In this 57-storey tower by Dezer Properties, car fanatics won't have to leave their prized possession in a common parking garage. Instead, each unit comes equipped with its own elevator and personal sky garage, allowing residents to safely drive their cars to a glass-walled showcase adjacent to their living room.

Glancing to one side yields views of your luxury vehicle, while the other provides stunning vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and the sprawling sandy beaches. The uniqueness and exclusivity of the project has attracted over 20 billionaires, including one purchaser who paid over $30 million for the massive four-level penthouse. Encompassing nearly 17,000 square feet, the gigantic space boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows and 20-foot wall expanses. More frugal buyers can buy the 3,800-square-foot unit — the smallest in the development — for a comparably affordable $4 million.

If residents ever get over the novelty of having their car visible from their living room, they can venture to explore the glut of amenities offered. The extravagances begin on the ground floor, where a restaurant, bar, and lounge overlooking the ocean abuts the three-level lobby. A landscaped deck on the first floor also offers an oceanfront pool to soak stress away.

Amenities continue on the fifth floor, where two oversized plunge spas, a fitness centre, games room, movie theatre, golf simulator, and a four-car interconnected race simulator offer something for everyone. A kitchen-equipped ballroom and hair salon provide additional conveniences for residents.

Construction on the cylindrical tower designed by The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership is approaching completion, with the first round of occupancy expected to begin in September 2016. The tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach certainly offers an unparalleled lifestyle for its residents, who will no doubt be taking full advantage of their swanky car elevator once they receive their keys.
