Construction is wrapping up on the multi-phase Evolution development in Calgary's East Village, and a drone flyover conducted by Surrealplaces shows the finer details of the Embassy Bosa project. With the 474 units now manufactured across a 33-storey tower (Pulse) and a 21- and eight-storey pair of buildings (Fuse), construction of the condominium complex is coming to an end.

Well-appointed units are accompanied by a range of amenity spaces that include two large fitness rooms near a sauna and steam room, plus a spacious entertainment lounge with direct access to a 24,000-square-foot private elevated garden. Commercial tenants along the street provide both residents of the development and the public with their daily needs.

Some interior fit-out continues while the exterior has assumed its final appearance. By using warm materials like brick and wood, the James Cheng-designed building emits a homely aesthetic on the lower levels, while the glass tower institutes a more modern approach common to residential architecture. Expansive windows allow for a wealth of sunlight to enter all living spaces. The provision of balconies gives residents their own personal outdoor oasis, which they can use to lounge and gaze at the changing landscape of East Village.

The drone video depicts aspects of the building not immediately discernible from the ground. The window washing apparatus hangs over the sweeping three-storey penthouse during the flight. Rather than implementing a monochromatic pattern in the spandrel panels, these horizontal window separators are instead clad in a beige barcode-like motif. The unique perspective also shows off the scale of the balconies, which residents will surely enjoy as the summer months dwindle.
