Los Angeles-based property investment company Kennedy Wilson is developing one of Ireland's most anticipated commercial projects in Dublin's Docklands business district. The signature mixed-use development will occupy a prime waterfront site with 29,900 square metres of office space across three new buildings plus 21,052 square metres of residential and retail space.

Strategically bounded by canals and riverfront promenades on three sides, the multifaceted Capital Dock development is anchored by a 23-storey residential tower offering 190 high-quality apartment suites. Set to be delivered by 2018, it will join the first of the development's three office blocks, which is also currently under construction.

The proposed Dodder Bridge would link Sir John Rogerson’s Quay to the adjacent inner suburb of Ringsend, improving access to key arteries like the Port Tunnel and M50. In addition to two new pedestrian footbridges, the precinct will also be served by Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART), Luas light rail, and local bus services.

Featuring designs by O’Mahony Pike Architects, who have already imbued their architectural styles into the neighbouring cityscape, the LEED Gold rated buildings offer unobstructed interiors that permit sweeping views and abundant natural light. Grid-based floor plates provide tenants with the opportunity to customize their office environment to suit their workplace needs.
