Jasper Avenue is Edmonton's main street. Slicing through the downtown core, it is populated on either side by highrise towers, heritage buildings, and vibrant commercial outlets. Jasper Avenue's wide selection of amenities and conveniences attracted leading Alberta developer ProCura, who has invested in the high-growth area by building the ten-storey Mayfair on Jasper complex.

The 237-unit rental complex features ten distinct floor plans catered to match every lifestyle. High-end kitchen appliances, granite countertops, laminate flooring, and in-suite laundry come standard in each unit. Unlike many rental buildings in the city, Mayfair on Jasper boasts pet-friendly suites and built-in TELUS Fibre Internet capability. With a focus on strengthening the sharing economy, a car-sharing program provides wheels to residents who don't have their own set to cruise on.

The development also features a strong set of amenities rivalling many condominium projects in the city. In addition to a fitness centre, a dual green roof offers two exclusive outdoor experiences to residents. The north deck hosts a more lively social atmosphere, where residents can meet and mingle with each other. The south deck provides a place for quiet lounging and contemplation in a serene setting of lush landscaping. A strip of ground-level retail ensures quick access to commercial conveniences.

With an emphasis on green technology, the Humphreys & Partners Architects-designed building is topped by a solar panel system on the roof, reducing the project's environmental footprint and energy costs. The Mayfair on Jasper will also be the first mixed-use building in Edmonton to incorporate a cogeneration energy system to repurpose waste heat into electricity. The topped-out structure has been receiving a consistent supply of triple-glazed window wall panels as construction progresses smoothly.
