The sandy coastline of Sunny Isles Beach is about to get another round of classy residences as construction on Muse hits the 40-storey mark. Property Markets Group and S2 Development are the team responsible for the 47-floor project, with The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership and Carlos A. Ott Architect detailing the striking exterior design.

With only 68 residences arranged inside the extruded building frame, all homes span the width of the building, and special attention has been paid to ensuring an opulent living experience. Residents will step off their own private elevator and into a home marked by the finest finishes, including custom Italian cabinetry and marble and wood flooring. The fully furnished suites will offer floor-to-ceiling glass windows — opening up to outdoor spaces — that stretch 12 feet high and offer panoramic coastal views.

Muse comes with a suite of amenities that includes a breakfast gallery with Atlantic Ocean views, a vanishing-edge pool and spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Keeping the integrity of the design, the boutique highrise seamlessly integrates its lower-level parking garage into the slender sweeping profile of the building.

A recent photo, posted below, shows the development nearing its structural completion. The neighbouring 51-storey Jade Ocean, completed in 2009, is among the glut of residential projects that have risen along the shoreline, taking advantage of the pristine beaches and superlative views.
