Another tower in the sought-after Brickell corridor in Miami is climbing high as seen in fresh photos by Forum contributor PhillipPessar. The 57-storey Echo Brickell by Property Markets Group and JDS Development will contain 180 carefully crafted residences with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Biscayne Bay and the surrounding forest of highrises.

Fully furnished residences will come equipped with nine- to 14-foot ceiling heights, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, marble flooring, and deep terraces with room for an outdoor barbecue area. Each unit features Smart Home technology which integrates video, audio, and lighting systems into one programmable network. Floors 48 to 53 hold the building's collection of lower penthouses, while another three full-floor penthouses occupy the levels above. Each of these upper penthouses includes a pool on a swanky private balcony. A 13,618-square-foot unit crowns the building and grants the user with a top-of-the-line living experience.

The Carlos A. Ott Architect-designed tower includes a wealth of amenities designed for entertainment and relaxation. Residents will have a 2,800-square-foot fitness centre overlooking a vanishing-edge pool, which features resort-like food and beverage services, two hot tubs, a sunbathing deck, and a health club and spa to indulge in. These amenities are located within a dramatic aperture on the facade stretching from floors 32 to 36.

A recent batch of photos capturing the construction progress shows the substantial lobby and ground-floor retail portion mostly built out, with work continuing on the tower's upper half. The interruption in the rhythm of balconies indicates the presence of the amenities area. As installation of green glazing continues to encase the tower, the interiors will need to be readied soon in anticipation of 2017 delivery.
