Currently rising from a corner of downtown Miami that has until recently been the site of several large empty lots, Canvas Condos as designed by CFE Architects for NR Investments, has begun to redefine the local skyline. The newly created Omni Arts and Entertainment District is today the site of several high-profile developments.

Stacked atop a multi-level above-ground parking garage and 14,000-square-foot street-level retail space, the bulk of the 37-storey, 513-unit residential tower will house Canvas' more than 800 new residents, with suites ranging from 600 to 1,150 square feet.

Part of a new urban village that has been sprouting in the vicinity over the last few years, Canvas will be but one of several transformative projects that will soon define the area encircling the City of Miami Cemetery and adjacent Biscayne Park. With good connections to transit and close proximity to the waterfront and downtown, the Omni Arts and Entertainment District is slated to become one of the hottest real estate markets in the city.

Atop the podium, a rooftop pool deck will provide residents with a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the Miami sunshine year round. Beyond the pool deck and host of additional amenity spaces, Canvas will feature a 5,000-square-foot restaurant on the top floor, offering diners panoramic views of the waterfront and skyline.
