Standing high on the Miami skyline, the soon-to-top-off, 85-storey, 253-metre, Panorama Tower is slated to become the tallest residential structure south of NYC. Having climbed even higher since our last update, the latest view of the Kobi Karp-designed Panorama Tower by Florida East Coast Realty reveals its impressive stature.

Located at 1101 Brickell Ave, the mixed-use waterfront-adjacent development will contain 821 residential units, along with a 208-room hotel component, 100,000-sqaure-foot office space, and 500,000-square-foot retail space.

Scheduled for completion by the end of 2017, Panorama Tower will be a welcome addition to the downtown waterfront, which has recently been the site of several high-profile projects
