The quaint brownstone streets of historic Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens will become home to a seven-storey condominium development by Avery Hall Investments, as a new teaser website and hero rendering builds anticipation for the summer sales launch of 145 President Street. All but one of the 17 residences will contain either three or four bedrooms, with two garden residences and two penthouses strengthening the developer's track record for luxury homes in highly desirable Brooklyn communities.

Designed by Avery Hall's in-house team of architects, the building's exterior evokes the cleanliness of Scandinavian modernism, defined by a facade comprised of textural and handmade Kolumba brick by Danish manufacturer Petersen Tegl. Despite its compact size, the development will offer a comprehensive amenities package that includes a 1,500-square-foot communal rooftop terrace, fitness centre, residents' library, and bike storage.

When the project delivers occupancy in 2018, it will accompany a roster of similarly sized developments by Avery Hall, including a Morris Adjmi Architects-designed project that will contain 30 units and 15,000 square feet of retail.
