After launching in 2014, The Related Group has completed construction of Brickell Heights, a two-tower development in the heart of South Miami Avenue. The 690-unit project is situated within the growing Brickell neighbourhood, which is known for its animated art, shopping and nightlife scenes.

The voluptuous buildings were designed by local firm Arquitectonica and feature wraparound balconies with a patterned system of notches on the facade. David Rockwell — creator of the 2009 and 2010 Oscar stages — was responsible for the interior design of the building, which combines the craftsmanship of mid-century design with contemporary flavours.

Argentine artist Fabian Burgos has graced the building's lower eight floors with a 35,000-square-foot hand-painted mural that reflects Brickell's fast-paced lifestyle. Work on an even larger mural at the SLS Lux project, on track for completion by the end of 2017, is currently underway.

One of the major draws of the complex is the three-storey, 34,000-square-foot Equinox Fitness Club located inside. The largest club in Miami includes an expansive deck, poolside cabanas, and a panoramic yoga studio. A rooftop pool, community gardens, and Downtown Miami's first SoulCycle Studio can also be found within the development.
