The development, sales and construction teams responsible for Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale converged at the site of the two-building complex to mark the topping off of the north tower. Officials from the Related Group, Fortune International Group and The Fairwinds Group were among the luminaries that descended on the beachfront property in the shadow of the structurally complete 17-storey highrise.

Only three residences in the 57-residence tower remain available. Over 60 percent of units in the south tower have been sold, going for anywhere between $1.8 million to $5 million for residences 1,350 to 4,000 square feet in size.

The completed development will boast 171 units altogether, with the project team placing a heightened focus on a well-rounded luxury experience featuring expansive oceanfront terraces and gourmet kitchens.

A number of bespoke amenities — including a wine cellar, state-of-the-art fitness centre, pool deck, golf simulator, children's playroom, and multimedia club room — will be the exclusive domain of residents. But the brand's internationally recognized spa and restaurant will be open to the public.
