A "socially interactive campus community" inspired by the water of a flowing stream has been planned for the Jinwan Aviation District in Zhuhai, China. A collection of buildings fashioned by 10 Design for Huafa Group will line the eastern edge of the Jinshan Lake that forms the heart of the district, providing an incubation platform for start-up companies and entrepreneurs.

The 55,000-square-metre Research and Development Center has been designed with a human scale in mind. A central green space will provide connections to a revitalized waterfront. A number of shared social spaces are included in the plan to foster creativity and interaction between tenants and visitors.

The development is comprised of smaller modules as opposed to large centre core office buildings, allowing for greater market flexibility, additional natural daylight, and shared atrium spaces. Each office building has also been oriented towards the central green space, a grouping demonstrated in the site plan below.
