Shortly after Extell Development Company launched the 56-storey 555TEN in Midtown Manhattan, the luxury rental project has now released its collection of residences perched on the building's tallest floors. Branded 555X and located through floors 44 to 55, these loft to three-bedroom homes offer contemporary finishes by interior designer Paris Forino, bespoke paint palettes, and floor-to-ceiling exposures of the New York City skyline.

"Leasing activity has been very strong since initial occupancy," said Anna Zarro, Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Extell Development Company. "Now that the amenities have been revealed — from the bowling alley to the rooftop pool — we have seen an even greater demand for the building and a particular interest in the highest floors and larger residences."

Designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by McGinley Design, the recently completed skyscraper includes a sprawling outdoor rooftop that was unveiled at the beginning of the summer. It features private cabanas, chaise lounges, a fireplace-lit bar and an outdoor swimming pool with southwest views. An entire floor of the building has also been devoted for health and wellness activities, giving residents access to a fitness centre, weight room, and an indoor saltwater lap pool. 555PLAY contains a private bowling alley, arcade and a children's playroom for a more social experience. There's room for exercising the pooches as well, with an on-site covered outdoor dog park and full service pet care facility included in the amenities package.
