A new luxury condominium development designed and developed by Avery Hall Investments has officially launched sales of its 17 residences, including two garden homes equipped with private outdoor spaces, and two crowning penthouse suites. Situated in Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens neighbourhood, the seven-storey 145 President features two- to four-bedroom floor plans, with copious amounts of external space taking advantage of the location's views.

Eight of the homes feature a private terrace or balcony, with most possessing operable French door-inspired windows to maximize fresh air and natural light. The development also comes with a sizeable amenities program that includes two large communal roof terraces benefitting from views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. There's also a fitness centre featuring a state-of-the-art Peloton live-streaming stationary bike, plus a residents' library, virtual doorman and package room.

The exterior will be comprised of handmade Danish bricks, sourced from Petersen Tegl, to create a warm and textured architectural identity. Meanwhile, the interiors embrace a Scandinavian take on modernism, with open and airy layouts bridging the gap between indoors and outdoors.
