New photos highlight the progress taking place on Brookfield's 100 Bishopsgate project in the heart of London. Set to add over 900,000 square feet of net lettable space to the core, the 37-storey building is climbing to a height of 181 metres, boasting office floors ranging from 19,000 to 25,000 square feet.

Designed by Allies and Morrison with Arney Fender Katsalidis, the fully glazed building responds to the site's geometries by transitioning from a parallelogram footprint to a rectangular profile at the top. "Articulated junctions" repeated across the building's elevations give the tower a twisting effect. On the ground, a half-acre public realm component will be animated by retail and restaurant space, and will give access to pedestrians between Bishopsgate, St Mary Axe and Camomile Street to the north.

A second seven-storey building called 15 St Helen's Place, developed behind a retained facade, will front the plaza. A recent batch of photos show textured glazing being applied to lower portions of the building as it approaches its architectural peak.
