There has been some work done but certainly is slow moving.

The roof build has changed, but yeah slowly. I had heard from a buddy that the roof/truss build on this one being non standard is taking a while.

And then you get buildings like this one which are the opposite of The Hub. It's only a couple of floors, but it's a cool building.
