The tower is great, but I feel like these white, precast type bases should be avoided whenever possible. They age quite poorly.

The exterior construction elevator on the east side of the building has been dismantled and the condo units in its place are now being glazed in.

Painting complete...installing metal framing now.

Scaffolding rising out front, perhaps to clean up those middle bits.

Plenty of workers on the east side...

Plantings lining the roofline should look nice once they fill out.

It looked occupied at 6:45 last night and 7am this morning. Hard to tell for sure.
