While it's great that they are accelerating the pace on phase 1, it probably means phase 3 is far from getting going. Hopefully they'll start phase 2 soon (I get that it's not even marketed yet)
I hope they launch phase 2 in early 2019 as it was once stated. Sales will likely sag measurably in the outskirts but key downtown / midtown corridor signature properties like this and the First Gulf Mirvish site as examples will still attract sufficient attention.
Just moved in across the street in July and have been taking a picture once every few days. (Trying to from the same spot at least).
