While it's great that they are accelerating the pace on phase 1, it probably means phase 3 is far from getting going. Hopefully they'll start phase 2 soon (I get that it's not even marketed yet)

I hope they launch phase 2 in early 2019 as it was once stated. I also hope the makret doesn't slow down in 2019. found these articles which state that home sales will go "nine years low in 2019" and I hope it doesn't affect this project or the sugar wharf project.

Sales will likely sag measurably in the outskirts but key downtown / midtown corridor signature properties like this and the First Gulf Mirvish site as examples will still attract sufficient attention.
