So the TL;DR of this is that the stop work order was because of lack of permits, and not because of incompetence?

My request for a TLDR type explanation was because I dont have time to sift through 30 pages to find the pertinent info.

I appreciate your answer. Thank you

So I'm hoping somebody who lives or works near the will post that the site is full of workers again today.

The offsite parkland dedication at 14 Dundonald has to be demolished, remediated, and conveyed to the City before work can continue on site at 1 Bloor W. It is going to be April or later.

The conditional foundation permit (for the foundation that has already been constructed) has not even been issued yet.

Mizrahi's social media responses are PR-driven, not reality-driven.

The violation notice has been removed from the toronto building permit status page. I'm assuming it's been officially resolved. Now only need to approve the actual building permits.
