this space that was cleared behind the shopping plaza on elbow and 75th ave has started being excavated. couldnt grab a picture unfort.

It is a senior's home. The renderings were floating around about 3 years ago when it went to planning commission I think. About 4 stories, decent filler, but nothing special.

Great place for that. The businesses must be happy with the added seniors ( I used to work at that shoppers).

There’s a construction project underway near the SE corner of 75th Ave and Elbow Drive right in behind the strip mall. Nothing shows in DMAP, does anybody know what’s being built?
