Taken from Mississauga Ward 5 Development Applications:
"Proposed Development: To change the official plan and zoning to permit a 7-storey, mixed-use building consisting of self-storage, retail, and office uses"

This is on the east side of Hurontario Street, just north of the 401 and south of World Drive. The developer is Dymon Capital Corporation and the architect is TACT.

Same architect so copy, paste and plug-in a storage building from another design they have in the same folder 😆. I think these things are just placeholders to provide an indication of massing and general structure and not an actual design/plan. Though final designs for both buildings could end up the same/very similar. I imagine it costs the developer less if they go with a standard ready design.
