Is it just me, or does the blue spandrel look slightly darker than it is on the first tower?

Is it just me, or does the blue spandrel look slightly darker than it is on the first tower?

I've thought the same. I've also noticed that the exteriors of the balcony insets appear even darker blue again. Perhaps it's just the way the lighting hits those areas.

I don’t understand that decision. Close but not exact is a mistake in my design world. A better choice was to change the colour to something completely different then.

The colour difference really shows in that last photo, but I like it. It doesn’t feel as much like they are twin towers.

I think part of it is the blinds being down in a lot of suites in the finished tower makes the building appear lighter. There is a colour difference but it won't really be noticeable when the new tower is finished and lived in. Some weathering of the first tower is probably a factor too.
