Ah yes, 8.93MM VS the 2.93MM we have for the city of Toronto. I’m not sure we have the demand for so many large scale shopping centres downtown tbh.

Bangkok also covers 1,568 KM^2 which is 3x the surface are of Toronto.
The population density of Bangkok and Toronto are not too dissimilar with Bangkok being 25% more dense

Toronto: 4,427.8/km^2
Bangkok: 5,578/km^2
