I like the site plan/layout and the density but how they turn out will depend on how they execute on the choice of cladding and materials.
Understood. But there’s so much development west of the mall. It’s good to see some to the south of it. I am hopeful about the execution but am happy about the new retail which will come because of the added density.

Thanks, looks like EX2 wont be occupying fall 2024 as advertised. EX1 is supposed to start occupancy fall 2023.
No one should ever expect that they will occupy a unit when a developer gives the date. They are allowed to push the date multiple times and that’s basically what happens every time.

Exactly...occupancy for any of these buildings may start 2025.
