New rendering update in the database. The overall building height changed from 38.06m to 38.25m. The total unit count increased slightly from 94 units to 97 units.

Rendering is taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan Approval

The changes are as follows:
  • Storey count increased from 11 to 13-storeys
  • Height increased from 38.25m to 44.85m
  • Total units increased from 97 to 117
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 43 to 42
