Resubmitted with the following changes:
  • Height increased from 115.94 to 131.39m (remains 35-storeys)
  • Total residential units increased from 380 to 412
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 36 to 33
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 400 452

Also of note in the changes is that they removed the at-grade residential entirely and have replaced it with both more lobby and more retail.

Also the building is now set back further from Raglan, which will allow some streetscaping.
 
the oddities continue.. the elevation drawing on the AIC shows it as 30 storeys, but with 3.7m floor to floor heights for some reason (???).

Is this supposed to be some kind of luxury product? that seems high even for that price point.. that's, what, 11ft ceilings for units?
 
Thank you @innsertnamehere for bringing this to my attention. I have confirmed that the current proposal is for a 30-storey tower. The markings in the elevation drawings are an error on the applicant's part. The database page has been updated with the correct stats. Below are the renderings for the current iteration with zoning approved and going through the SPA process:
