As in "proceed" this year as opposed to next year? Or proceed at all?
Oh I see, not a revision on top of a revision. Didn't the first revision DP to 37 already come out last fall? Even so 693 units / 37 = almost 19 apartments per floor. Whereas the Parks 1 has on average 11 apartments/floor.^ I think this may be the revision from the 25-storey tower first approved to the current 37-storey tower plan (not 37 to 45, I'm guessing). If it is going to 45 storeys that would be something, for sure.
Maybe not 'now', but will they proceed at all? Yes.Curious to see if they proceed with the tower or not at this time.
I like that you have that in-depth intel.62% occupied now - as of May 12, 2025.
No in-depth anything.....lolI like that you have that in-depth intel.
Wait, to "get into" the Pedway from Stationlands, residents would have to have a secure and safe entrance that is closer to their homes than to travel half to Churchill to enter. No?No -- further along the line, between RAM and City Hall
It is not temporaryI don't think that's temp...
I’m pretty sure that’s not correct. As far as I know that “arc” at grade is architectural expression only and has no relationship to what’s happening at the parkade/loading ramp accesses, pedestrian movement or structural grid below the plaza level Although it does mirror the LRT alignment below P4. The main loading docks for EPCOR Tower as well as the new residential towers cross under that arc at P1.The pedway from Stationlands is accessible all the way along the new residential structure and also from the existing office building following the curve of the pedway that is expressed at grade as well. ...
That would be my guess as well.Elevator?
