It is a bit surprising that they have not done any repairs to the dock wall on the north side of the Keating Channel - it clearly needs work. However, after a bit of looking I found this recent map of ownership and it looks as though this small stretch is privately owned! Yea. I’ve been on hiatus for a while, but I was just catching up on this thread thinking the same thing.

It’s not bad… but for Toronto’s tallest building it’s hardly striking. Just looks like it’ll be 350m of infill and not a tower to be remembered which is a shame.

At least there’s The One and Forma

I agree with all of this. Always thought the whole development here belonged in Mississauga. They already have a wicked skyline going and buildings like these would really enhance it and fit in better over there. To each their own though.
