[Strange Advance]

This thing I like about this project is when you see it from above you realize that it's not just one repaid slab there are setbacks cantilevers and pretty much any other type of engineering they could come up with Just hoping that it doesn't end up being too cluttered when it's finished as a result of that

I fear it's going to look pretty good from the north/south, but like a broad, unavoidable pane of broken glass from the east/west. Hopefully it will exceed low expectations.

We should be starting to see the sale take shape before Christmas at the current pace one more floor to be poured and then the tower begins which given the freaking size of this thing already is insane

Yikes I was really hoping they weren't gonna go with the white blocks between the glass cladding and opt for a darker grey instead. Way too much white in Toronto condos lately.
