Honestly I think you ended up unlucky with The King East. Lambs buildings are typically fine from what I hear.

Lamb partnered with the Sher Company and Hyde Park Homes for The King East, which they later regretted.

Many of the issues had nothing to do with Sher Company or Hyde Park Homes. They had to do with the developer directly. I won't get into it but glad to see they aligned themselves with Harhay on this project. But further to what neuhas said. Lamb does have smaller floorplans as well. A lot of bachelors, junior 1 bedrooms, small 1 bed units.

Looks great. Really looking forward to seeing how the podium and the setback area at the front of the site are handled.
 
why one of the stripe in the last pic is half. it looks so abnormal.
